Due to continued growth, we are always looking for new people to join as security officers.
You will be in a position of trust, so will have to undergo a significant application and vetting process to gain your Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
You will be paid a good rate of pay, above that recommended by the International Professional Security Association. Rates will depend on the kind of security work you perform.
As an Apple Security officer you will get agreed terms of contract, fortnightly pay, paid directly into your nominated bank account, 28 days holiday a year pro rata, life assurance, long-term sick insurance and free legal advice.

The application process
- You must fill out a comprehensive application form, giving your full personal details, a record of your health; education and full employment history will be required, inclusive of periods of non-working periods.
- After interview, you will be required to sign a declaration that you have no outstanding proceedings or criminal convictions. This will be checked with the UK Criminal Records Bureau.
- You will be assessed for basic levels of fitness, mental agility, honesty, attitude towards colleagues, customers and managers. Any potential for supervisory work will be identified at this point.
- You will need to give proof of identity, two character witnesses, and a driving licence or discharge document from the armed forces or police where appropriate or valid SIA Licence.
- All references will be checked by phone and confirmed in writing.
